Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

Whether you're navigating a season of transition, parenting a child who's struggling, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I want you to know you're not alone. I believe therapy is a space where we can begin to untangle the stories we've been carrying - especially the ones that no longer serve us - and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that are still whole, still worthy, and also those that need healing.

I'm a systems therapist with training in play therapy, working with children, adolescents, and adults as individuals, couples, and often the entire family. My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that we are shaped by the environment we live in - our families, our communities, our cultures. When working with children, I often collaborate closely with caregivers, believing that healing happens not just within the individual, but within their relationships and the systems that surround them.

I feel especially connected to children and teens, supporting their ever-evolving identities as they find where they fit in the world. Also, to women navigating infertility, chronic health challenges, career transitions, and the complexities of blended families. These aren’t just professional interests for me—they are lived experiences that shape how I show up with empathy and authenticity in the therapy room.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in corporate HR and the startup world. That background gives me a unique perspective when supporting clients facing burnout, identity shifts, or the constant pressure to “hold it all together.”

I grew up in a small town in Missouri, and today I live in Overland Park with my husband, wonderful stepchildren, and two fur-monsters. I love bright colors, am a book nerd, and am at my happiest playing board/card games or digging in my flower beds. I believe in the power of presence, the courage of vulnerability, and the quiet strength it takes to begin again. No matter your struggle, if you're ready to take the first step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
